Welcome to Minding Your Language. By enrolling, making payments, or using our services, you agree to the following:
- Services
We provide English & Hindi training, resume writing, interview prep, and career counselling. Classes are online (Zoom/Meet) or face-to-face (where available).
- Enrollment & Payments
- Enrollment is confirmed after payment.
- Monthly fee: AED 800(8 classes).
- 3-Month Bundle: AED 2,000(discounted).
- Payments via full amount or Tabby installments(approval required).
- Attendance
- Each class is 60 minutes.
- Join on time; late arrivals do not extend the session.
- Missed classes: notes/recordings shared (online only). Makeups not guaranteed.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- Fees are non-refundable.
- If you cannot continue, fees may be adjusted to another batch or held as credit (management discretion).
- If we cancel a class, a replacement or refund will be provided.
- Add-Ons
Resume Writing, Interview Practice, and Career Counselling are billed separately (or as a discounted Job Starter Pack). Sessions valid 30 days.
- Code of Conduct
Respect is expected towards trainers and peers. Misuse of materials or inappropriate behavior may lead to termination without refund.
- Materials & Privacy
- Course materials and recordings are for personal use only.
- We collect basic details (name, email, phone) for enrollment. Data is not shared unless required by law.
- Liability
We are not responsible for internet/device issues. Progress depends on student participation and effort.
